I’m an award-winning multi-discipline, tech-savvy graphic designer able to communicate both visually and verbally, with a proven track record of achieving excellence without losing sight of deadlines and the bottom line.

For 20 years, I’ve had the good fortune to earn my living as a designer in small studios, in-house corporate environments, and servicing a handful of freelance clients. My career spans from the days of mechanical paste-up and drafting boards, through the rise of the Macintosh, and now the delivery of content in a world beyond print.

My passion for design is rivaled only by a passion for the technology used to create it, and to make the process as efficient as possible, allowing the most time for creativity and eliminating repetitive tasks. I’ve endeavored to pass that technological knowledge on to as many of my fellow designers as possible through seminars and speaking engaments, books and articles I’ve written, video training courses, and a free podcast centered around Adobe InDesign.
